How does the exchange process work?Submit a request → confirm → pay → receive funds. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of application, but may be changed during the process — the customer will be notified.

What is the minimum PayPal exchange amount?The minimum for PayPal is 300 USD, 300 EUR, or 200 GBP. This minimizes fees and ensures fast processing.

Which countries do you not serve?We do not serve Russia or Belarus. Accounts from .ru, .by domains or linked to these countries are rejected without explanation.
Who must be sender and recipient?Sender and recipient within one application must be the same person. Transfers to third parties are prohibited under KYC/AML.
When can an application be declined?When: VPN/Tor is detected, data is inconsistent, AML screening flags it, funds are not received, or links to prohibited jurisdictions.
